The Tamborinada is the first major outdoor event of the season for families, taking place annually in the Parc de la Ciutadella. Organised by the Fundació La Roda, this major  party in the park offers and enjoyable day of non-stop entertainment from clowns, circus acts, magicians, puppeteers and musicians, workshops and games.

The Parc del Montseny is hosting the IV Circ Cric festival throughout May and June.  This annual Spring Circus is a feast of jugglers, clowns, puppeteers, acrobats, musicians and magicians.  Located in the beautiful setting of Montseny, a trip to the circus also offers families a chance to escape out of town for the day. This year's production has a focus on music and theatre with special events scheduled each week.
