This long-standing Pizzeria  in the Barcelona has two restaurants located across from each other in the neighbourhood of the Born.  With an open kitchen from lunch through to dinner, this is a great choice for a stop-off anytime of day.  The corner restaurant at Pla de Palau, 11  is more spacious and a better option with kids.  A fixed price lunch menu is available weekdays and a 10% discount on a la carte dishes on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.  As well as Pizzas there is wide menu of salads, pasta, and meat dishes.

Els Pollos de Llull is the place to head for tasty roast chicken, chips and salad, offering a simplistic menu at great value for money.   The spacious restaurants offer plenty of seating, fast service and a drawing area to keep kids busy while you wait.   You can eat here from midday and high chairs are available. The Vila Olimpica location is only a stone’s throw from the Parc de la Ciutadella where the kids can build up an appetite before lunch.   Aim to book in advance at weekends or you may wait for a table.  You can also take food away.
