The apartment has a small step out balcony, parquet flooring and original beams. The 2 bedrooms to the back of the apartment are a double and twin. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave and washing machine and the apartment has both central heating and air conditioning. There is also a double sofa bed in the living area.

There are plenty of cafes and restaurants within reach and the gothic area and the Born only a walk away. The Aquarium, the Imax and the Maremagnum shopping centre are accessible on the other side of the Marina Port Vell.
