New and stylish apartments in the fashionable El Born area with office and reception located on the ground floor. Built in 1798, the building has recently been fully refurbished with all the necessary equipment to make a family stay in the apartments as comfortable as possible (air conditioning, Internet ADSL, TV Satellite, DVD, stereo system, etc). Many original features of the building such as the decorative façade, doors and wooden beams and stone walls have been retained.
The apartments also provide additional services such as daily cleaning, tourist information, bike rental, mobile phones, tour guides, cots, baby baths and high chairs.
With either one or two double bedrooms, the apartments have a layout that can easily accomodate adults and children. All the apartments have a good-sized bathroom, an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with all amenities) and a comfortabe living room (with a double-sofa bed). The rooms are well lit with natural light and some have balconies. The 2 attic departments (one bedroom or two bedroom options) have private terraces with great views over the church of Santa Maria del Mar. All apartments have access to the roof terrace.
El Born is a very sought after area and has become known as the trendiest neighbourhood in Barcelona. The apartments are next to the "Santa Maria del Mar" Church and the "Paseo del Born" walkway. The streets of El Born are packed with boutiques, original stores, cafes, restaurants and bars. El Born is also only a stone’s throw away from the Picasso Museum and the famous Parc de la Ciutadella. The apartment building is 15 minutes walking distance from La Rambla and only a 10 minute walk away from the traditional quarter of La Barceloneta by the marina and Barcelona Beaches.
