Hi,

Does anyone know if there is some type of virus going around. We have all been quite sick (+both kids) and not sure if its something we have eaten.

They call it "gastroentirits" or just plain "gastro" and it has been quite bad the last two winters. It is really, really contagious so among children it is usually rampant.
Just lots of hand washing and "OralSuero" if your kids are getting dehydrated.
I know one family that has it this week, and another mom commented that her child's daycare is going through a bout, so not too early in the season.

Thanks for letting me know. By now I am fully aware of the problem. It seems like everybody has it or has had it!
