Swimming Classes for Toddlers 11 Months, 3 Weeks ago
Could anyone recommend a pool that does swimming classes for under 2's. Also do children go alone at 3 to swimming classes. How long do parents go in the pool with them? I live in the Eixample and don't belong to a gym I just want to go for the children's classes. Thanks!

They have classes at the Swimming pool by the beach at Barceloneta on Pl. Mar (Sant Sebastia Sports Complex). The pool is warm they have an outdoor pool in summer and you can swim while they take the class which is a plus! Most of the time you don't need to be a member for the kids classes so check with your local sports centre.

It's a bus ride away, but Europolis in les Corts (near l'Illa) has a GREAT swim program for moms and tots (and dads and tots!). They have many classes for all ages, and though there is usually a waiting list, it's definitely worth it. Very inexpensive and superb teachers.
