Alexander Technique for Pregnancy and Birth
A new course in English is offering women an introduction to the Alexander Technique that can help improve co-ordination and freedom of movement during each stage of pregnancy.   The sessions also help prepare for birth and advise expectant mums on nutrition, birth physiology and how to create the basic necessary conditions for the progess of labour.  The course is based upon teachings from psychotherapist Laura Gutman, renowned specialist in family matters and Michel Odent, internationally-recognised obstetrician.  Practical information will also be offered by Doulas on birth options and creating a birth plan etc...see details
